Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we gladly accept returns—provided the product is unused, with all original tags intact.

Please email us at helloloungenest@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the wrong/damaged product, to request a return. Do not send any items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We’re happy to help! We offer exchanges for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. Please ensure the product is unused, with all original tags intact. We offer a one-time exchange per order to ensure smooth service for all customers.

To start an exchange, contact us at helloloungenest@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs back to our warehouse, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds:
    Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Sale Items:
    Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
